Hey loves! I am looking for a few new ladies to join my creative team in the new year! Are you interested? Then please read the information below...it's details on what I am looking for, how I work and what would be expected of you...very important information that you need before you apply!!
I am looking for scrappers who are dependable and are able to do 2 pages every month(with the exceptions of illness and personal issues). I need someone who is responsible and can check into our creative team forum on a weekly basis. I am looking for someone to match the talent of my current team, though not necessarily in the same style. Most importantly---I need someone who genuinely likes my work and can see themselves working with it for an extended period of time.
I generally design 2-3 kits per month(usually 2). You have 1 week to complete a layout for each kit...release dates etc are noted on the CT forum. I always send out an email when a new kit is finished. I require that you post your pages at DST and at Scrapbook-Bytes. I do not require blogging, answering ISO's, posting on Facebook, freebies, advertising---I pretty much just ask that you do your best work for each kit and that you post it in a timely manner.
Kits will be available via a coupon from my store.
I am exclusive to Scrapbook-Bytes and have no plans on leaving!
My style is consistent---romantic, maybe? You're not going to find a lot of cuteness in my work.
So be sure you like lots of flowers and glitter and pretty things..coz that's what you will be seeing alot of.
